Section B (Updated 10/02/2009) – Contract Forms includes notice of award, agreement, payment/performance bonds, notice to proceed, change order, Buy American contract/certification, etc.;
Section C
– General Conditions includes definitions, programmatic requirements and policies applicable to all DES-funded projects; and
Section D – Federal Provisions includes applicable federal rules, guidance and forms.
Sections A, B and D are provided in Word format and may be modified by the Engineer to be project specific. Section C is available in PDF format only, as no changes to the text are allowed. Any modifications to the General Conditions, as well as any special provisions or requirements, should be included in a separate section entitled Special Conditions.
